The Calibration Process
Methodical engineering for maximum performance.
Pre-Dyno Inspection
Full mechanical check. Smoke testing for boost leaks, spark plug gap verification, and fluid level checks before touching the rollers.
Baseline Run
Initial pull to establish current parameters and identify mechanical limitations.
Live Calibration
Real-time adjustment of VE tables, ignition maps, and closed-loop fueling.
Street Simulation
Dynos measure WOT, but you drive on the street. We spend dedicated time tuning part-throttle mapping for flawless daily drivability.
Supported Standalones & Piggybacks
Expertise across engine management systems. From basic flash tunes to full standalone wiring and configuration.

What needs to be done before arriving for a tune? add
Vehicle must be 100% mechanically sound. Verify there are no check engine lights (unless tuning related), no fluid leaks, and fresh spark plugs gapped appropriately for your boost level. Perform a boost leak test if your car is forced induction. If the car breaks on the dyno due to lack of prep, standard hourly rates still apply.
Do you tune carbureted vehicles? add
No. We specialize exclusively in modern Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) systems and standalone engine management.
How long does a full calibration take? add
A standard single-fuel calibration typically takes 3-4 hours. Flex fuel or complex standalone setups with multiple maps (boost by gear, launch control, traction control) require a full day (6-8 hours). We prioritize perfection over speed.
