Engineering Process
01. Blueprinting
Complete disassembly, sonic cleaning, and multi-point dimensional inspection against factory and race tolerances.
02. Precision Machining
Block decking, cylinder boring/honing with torque plates, line honing, and rotating assembly dynamic balancing to sub-gram tolerances.
03. Final Assembly
Assembled in a sterile environment, with bearing clearances mapped and set, ring gaps filed for the specific forced induction application, and fastener stretch measured for optimal clamping force.

What is the break-in procedure? expand_more
We mandate a strict heat-cycle process followed by specific load-bearing dyno runs using break-in oil to seat the rings properly. Full procedural documentation is provided upon delivery.
Do you build for forced induction? expand_more
Yes. Forced induction builds are our specialty. We specify different piston materials, ring gaps, and head studs based on target boost levels and fuel types.
