What we collect
When you submit a quote request, booking request, race-prep application, or Academy enrollment request through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, and vehicle details (year, make, model, engine, ECU, and modifications). We also keep a record of communications (calls, texts, emails, and notes) related to work we do for you.
How we use it
We use this information to follow up on your request, schedule and coordinate tuning or repair work, keep accurate records of past sessions and invoices for your vehicle, and contact you about your appointment. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Customer, vehicle, and booking records are stored in a Supabase-hosted database accessible only to JNOS Performance staff through an authenticated internal system. It is not publicly browsable.
Payment
This site does not process online payments. Deposits and balances are collected in person, by phone, or through a separate payment link we send you directly. We never ask for full card details through a website form.
Cookies & local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage for functional preferences: your light/dark theme choice and language selection. On booking and enrollment pages, we embed Cal.com to let you pick a real appointment time — Cal.com may set its own cookies to run that scheduling widget. We do not run advertising trackers.
