Johnny travels for pre-scheduled tuning trips across the United States and internationally when a group has at least 3 confirmed booked vehicles in one location. Airfare, lodging, and local transportation are covered by the group, separate from the tuning fee.
Booking Requirements
The rules that determine whether a trip gets scheduled. Read this before submitting a request.
3 Confirmed Vehicles, Minimum
A trip is not scheduled until at least 3 confirmed booked vehicles are locked in for one location or surrounding area. Soft interest doesn't count toward the minimum.
Vehicle Details Submitted in Advance
The organizer submits every vehicle's platform, ECU, and setup details before the trip is approved, so time on-site goes to tuning, not troubleshooting.
Travel Costs Covered Separately
Airfare, hotel or Airbnb, and local transportation are covered by the group. This is independent of the tuning fee, which is billed per vehicle at standard rates.
Schedule Locks at Confirmation
Once travel is booked, the on-site schedule is final. Vehicles must be mechanically ready before Johnny arrives. No walk-ons, no exceptions.

On-Site Dyno Calibration
A modular dynamometer system travels with Johnny to measure wheel horsepower and torque on location, before and after calibration.
Pre-Trip Diagnostic Review
Remote OBD2 and CAN bus log review before the trip is booked. Misfires, boost leaks, or sensor issues get flagged and fixed ahead of time, not discovered on-site.
Readiness Consultation
Before a trip is approved, we audit each vehicle's hardware plans against realistic power goals to confirm mechanical readiness for the day of tuning.

Experienced with Motec, Syvecs, Haltech, and OEM ECU platforms, wherever the trip lands.

What travel costs do we need to cover? add

Do you travel internationally? add
International trips are available by review, case by case. Reach out with your location and confirmed vehicle count and we'll confirm feasibility.
What happens if a car isn't ready on-site? add
Every vehicle must be mechanically sound before the trip is confirmed. A car that isn't ready on-site still counts against the group's booked slot, and its tuning fee still applies.
How far in advance do we need to book a trip? add
As early as possible once your group has 3 or more vehicles confirmed. Travel logistics take time to lock in, and the schedule is finalized once travel is confirmed.
