Technical FAQ

Review required parameters and operational constraints before initiating a remote tuning session.

What is the typical turnaround time for map revisions?

add

Revisions are typically provided within 24-48 business hours after clean datalogs are submitted. Expedited track-side support is available via separate arrangement.

What management systems do you support remotely?

add

We support major standalone systems including Haltech, MoTeC, Syvecs, AEM, and Link ECU, as well as specific stock ECU re-flashing platforms. Contact us to verify support for your specific architecture.

What happens if mechanical issues arise during tuning?

add

If datalogs indicate mechanical failure or safety limiters are triggered, tuning is paused immediately. The client is responsible for mechanical repairs before calibration resumes.
